By accessing or using Good Songs' website or web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Good Songs provides playlist curation services through two platforms:

Website (Squarespace):

  • Service purchase and payment processing

  • Customer information collection

  • Order management

Web Application:

  • Spotify account integration

  • Playlist creation and curation services

  • Music discovery tools

3. Account Requirements

  • You must have an active Spotify account to use our services

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during purchase

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required before service activation

  • All prices are as displayed at checkout and time of purchase

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • All sales are final - no refunds once playlist generation begins

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Service Delivery

  • After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to our web application

  • Customer is responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking spam/junk folders

  • You must connect your Spotify account to access and receive playlists

  • Playlists are created and saved directly to your Spotify library

  • Service completion typically occurs within 24-48 hours of Spotify account connection

  • If your Spotify account is restricted, suspended, or lacks necessary permissions, service delivery may be delayed or impossible - refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis

6. Spotify Integration

  • You authorize us to access your Spotify account for playlist creation

  • We only access the minimum permissions necessary for our services

  • We do not modify existing playlists or account settings

  • You can revoke access through your Spotify account settings at any time

7. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided once playlist generation begins

  • If technical issues on our end prevent service delivery, a full refund will be provided

  • If customer provides incorrect email address or Spotify account issues prevent delivery, refunds will be considered case-by-case

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with playlist content is not grounds for refund

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use our services for commercial redistribution

  • Attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms

  • Share account access with others

  • Use our services in violation of Spotify's terms

9. Limitation of Liability

Good Songs shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Issues related to Spotify platform availability

  • Loss of data or service interruptions

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice to existing customers.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California state law. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts.
